Group lessons are offered daily at 10am and 2pm Monday-Sunday, and by appointment in non-summer months. Private 1 on 1 lessons are offered at 9 am Monday-Sunday and by appointment in non-summer months.

We offer lacrosse camps and practices for kids in K-8. We have boys and girls teams for K-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8 grades. Registration is open through March. Practices are from 4-6 twice a week for most levels. (K-2 teams - 1 hour practices)

We have Pre-K Parkour classes for 3 year-olds, to fitness classes and workshops for centenarians, and everyone in between. You will learn exciting, intense skills and progress through the Band Challenge System as you master your natural movement and learn to use our indoor parkour gym and the outdoor environment like your own personal ninja training ground.

At our gym, we offer levels 1-6tumbling classes Sunday-Thursday. In tumbling class, your child will learn how to do a variety of flips ranging from back-walkovers to standing tucks. The level one class is recommended for beginners and is where all the fundamentals are taught. Level 2 is for intermediate athletes and is where they will begin going into back handsprings and running tumbling. Levels 3/4/6 are advanced and are where we move into roundoff tucks and running layouts and fulls,

We hold 3-4 practices per week(minimum commitment 2 practices per week) plus games over the weekends. Come try out one of our practices; it's free. Tryouts are at San Elijo Middle School in San Marcos between 5 pm and 8 pm on Mondays or Thursdays.

The club provides its members and the cycling community with training programs developed by seasoned cyclists with both racing and coaching experience.

Since 1979, Skyhawks Sports Academy has led Safe, Fun and Skill-focused sports camps and programs for youth between the ages of 3-15. We offer 10+ sports - and countless ways for your child to grow. The camps range from soccer to baseball to our popular multi-sport camp where kids sample three different sports (Soccer, Basketball, and Baseball) in one camp.

Parent & Me (1-2 y) is a pre-soccer music and movement program for toddlers. Super Soccer Stars (2-10y) teaches the fundamentals in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment. Soccer Stars United (5-10y) is a more competitive soccer experience
