Week 3/4 Summer at Mingei

Explore a world of folk art, craft, and design from across the world with Summer at Mingei. This two week-long program encourages students to dive into their creativity. Guided by arts educators and community artists, students will discover the power of art in fostering empathy and building connections through engaging activities such as art making, gallery exploration, and installing their own art exhibition. Summer at Mingei is free of charge.

This opportunity is open to students enrolled in San Diego Unified School District entering third, fourth, and fifth grade in Fall 2024. Please note that students from charter schools are not eligible to participate. This program is made possible by funding from Level Up SD through the San Diego Foundation.
Enrollment will open on April 8th through InPlay.
