By exposing our talent to the community through our platform, San Diego Circus Center will be solely responsible for high caliber productions and quality performances. The festival will also be a pathway for youth to excel and an avenue for established professionals to perform. By celebrating San Diego’s growing circus community, the Circus Festival aims to attract new audiences and give our circus youth and established professionals an opportunity to perform. The festival will begin by hosting the American Youth Circus Organization’s bi-annual National Event from August 14th to August 19th 2019, celebrating their 20th anniversary. Students and educators will come together to share circus disciplines and techniques at our SDCC facility, while also having the opportunity to showcase their work right outside.
