Lighthouse Early Childhood Learning Center was established in 1981 as a ministry of the First Baptist Church. Our goal is to provide a positive, safe and enjoyable Christian atmosphere for preschool children to grow physically, cognitively, socially, emotionally and spiritually, appropriate to their age level.

They will develop self-expression and independence through creative activities and learn more about themselves and the world around them. Our staff will prepare your child for the next step in his/her educational readiness.
Our preschool provides a variety of learning experiences through the classroom and playground. We offer a teacher-directed program with a balance of one-on-one time with the teacher and self-discovery time. Each classroom is set up with many centers designed to encourage learning through play.
