Kids Mindfulness Class - Healing Collective SD

Join us every Sunday Morning at 9 AM for a fun & insightful class where kids are able to understand their bodies and minds more consciously. Kids will do a variety of activities from working with breathing buddies, to yoga, to understanding their chakras, bodies and thoughts in relation to themselves and other.
