STEAM Summer Camp

We are offering multiple weeks summer education for gifted and talented youth programs that combine challenging academics with social, cultural, and recreational opportunities to nurture students’ social skill, as well as enhance their natural talents and abilities.

Summer programs are available in several areas including: STREAM (Science, Technology, Read & Writing, Engineering, Art, and Math), multi-languages, sports, and visual and performing arts.

Chemistry: Everyday PhenomenaGet down to the basics exploring the elements! This camp helps kids connect real-world situations with science. Campers learn the fundamentals of chemistry and laboratory safety. Learn what makes a volcano erupt, or make your own bottle rocket through knowledge of chemical reactions. Campers will create several other wacky, wild and crazy concoctions!
Bonjour Mes AmisWould you like your child to learn a new language? If so, why not French!We will be learning new vocabulary, learn french songs, learn about French culture, and best of all enjoy French cusine!
Outdoor Sports (Group A)Outdoor sports camps take place in the Canyon Crest Academy fields. Activities include: Basketball,Soccer, Rugby, Yoga. The students in this group will be doing a lot of mind-body awareness activities: cornhole, horseshoes, and ultimate frisbee.

Plant DetectivesStudents will learn to decode the tips and tricks plants use to survive in deserts, rainforests, and beyond! They will explore the incredible diversity of plants from near and far, right in the region. They will learn about the strange secrets plants employ to adapt to their environment, like teaming up with fungi for food or capturing and eating bugs. They will also learn about various shapes, sizes, and features of plants that are all strategic to help an organism gain access to the resources they need.
Rhythmic GymnasticsEmerald City Academy of Rhythmic Gymnastics offers training of Rhythmic Gymnastics at inGenius Summer Camp. Rhythmic Gymnastics is the most beautiful of all Olympic sports, unmatched for its elegant and expressive movements. It combines the grace of ballet, the athleticism of gymnastics and the artistry of dance.
