This new series of performance work is created in direct response to current exhibitions. May through July, Alyssa Junious will be creating a movement based around VALYA: SHE. During three work-in-progress events, Junious will solicit and incorporate audience response to her finished work, which will be presented in full on July 7. The first opportunity to join in the creation process of this new work happens during First Free Sunday on May 5. She will be at work in the gallery 2:30–3:30 pm.
