Inspired by Persian Gardens: Memory Garden with author Zohreh Ghahremani and illustrator Susie Ghahremani. Award-winning author Zohreh Ghahremani and award-winning illustrator Susie Ghahremani – a mother-daughter creative team – will discuss the cultural inspirations behind their new children's picture book, Memory Garden. Learn about the Iranian gardens, textiles, and tea drinking traditions of Persia that inspired this children's book about storytelling, gardening, and immigration.
