APEX San Diego has fitness programs and classes for people of all ages, abilities, and interests. We have Pre-K Parkour classes for 3 year-olds, to fitness classes and workshops for centenarians, and everyone in between. You will learn exciting, intense skills and progress through the Band Challenge System as you master your natural movement and learn to use our indoor parkour gym and the outdoor environment like your own personal ninja training ground.
New to All-Star Cheerleading? Don't know where to start? Cheer 101 class is a great place to learn how to stunt, jump, perform motions, dance, and learn basic tumbling form. This 12 week corse includes a CALI COAST ELITE shirt, and a performance on the last class day for family and friends!

At our gym, we offer levels 1-6tumbling classes Sunday-Thursday. In tumbling class, your child will learn how to do a variety of flips ranging from back-walkovers to standing tucks. The level one class is recommended for beginners and is where all the fundamentals are taught. Level 2 is for intermediate athletes and is where they will begin going into back handsprings and running tumbling. Levels 3/4/6 are advanced and are where we move into roundoff tucks and running layouts and fulls,
