Share the joys and trials of your pregnancy with the instructor and fellow yoginis, while taking care of your body and baby. Recommended at any stage of pregnancy with permission from your care provider. No prior yoga experience required. Pre-registration required due to limited class sizes. No prior experience needed. Please bring a yoga mat and a pillow.
