This month-long series is full of hands-on, engaging crafts using STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics). In this class, we teach hand tool skills to ages 9-12 years, using safe materials and practices. Each project builds on craftsmanship, dexterity and material exploration. Students will get acquainted with various woodworking tools and techniques and will be guided through a series of exercises that exercise hand-eye coordination, problem solving, and creativity.
