Sur La Table Teens’ 5-Day Summer Series: The Academy of Cuisine @ Fashion Valley Mall

Welcome to Sur La Table’s Academy of Cuisine. Budding foodies will enjoy five days of hands-on experience—from stir-frying pad thai to rolling gnocchi to making perfect pie dough into a fruit galette. They’ll hone their knife skills and kitchen chops. On the final day, parents are invited to sample a test menu by their star chefs. Each student goes home with a printed menu and graduation certificate August 17 - 21, 2020.
