Join us to learn about Arizona's fascinating bats! Discover how bats help control insect populations and pollinate plants, playing key roles in keeping our ecosystem healthy and balanced. Whether you're already interested in bats or feel uncertain about them, this talk will change how you view these often misunderstood creatures. Arizona is home to 29 different bat species, and you'll explore their interesting behaviors, habitats, and why they deserve our respect and protection. The presentation is led by Hally Cokenias, co-founder of Arizona Bat Rescue.
