Holiday Papermaking for Families & Kids

All ages welcome! Children under age 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Instructor Hayley Haspel-Winick will show you how to recycle and reuse paper in a creative and joyful way. Come make holiday paper or paper sculptures! Art paper such as this is made from paper scraps and natural dye along with small decorative or meaningful items to sprinkle on your paper — petals from your favorite flower, seeds, leaves, yarns, fibers, or even a note with a word that holds significance to you. This workshop is meant for you to create your own special creation out of ordinary paper you might otherwise throw away.  This is an excellent workshop to do with a child.
