Fall Craft Camp for Preschoolers!
In this Cooking & Craft Camp, preschoolers will explore craft making and corn!
On the first day of this seasonal camp, kids will be practicing and honing their fine motor skills while learning to make corn cob husk boats! On the second day, kids will explore the traditional process of making masa from corn and then making handmade tortillas, which we’ll turn into a small taco party! Parents and families of the camper are invited to eat with us during the last half hour on the last day (11:30am-12pm)!
Parents: When purchasing, please leave any information about allergies, sensitivities, &/or dietary restrictions for your child(ren) in our “Notes” area upon check-out.
What to bring: Please dress your child so they’re comfortable both indoors and outdoors, as the camp may take place in our outdoor space as well as the classroom, dependent on weather. A hat is recommended and it’s best to dress in layers. Children must wear closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. Please send your child with a refillable water bottle and a small snack (please no foods with peanuts and candy).
